Behavioral Health Solutions PLLC does not accept any insurance as payment for service at this time. All payments are to be made out of pocket and required at the time of service. A superbill can be provided upon request to be submitted to your insurance to get reimbursed for out of network services. Please note there is a $50 charge for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

For clients not using insurance:

Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (45 minutes) - $200.00

Medication Management Follow-Up (15 minutes) - $100.00

"No-Show"- when an appointment is missed and not cancelled in advance ($50.00)

Refill requests -Since clients are always given enough medication to get them to their next appointment a fee will be assessed for refill requests outside of office visits ($25.00)

Paperwork-$25.00 or more depending on time needed to complete. This fee is always discussed in advance.
